• Own the weekly performance narrative: surface trends, gaps, wins, risks, and clear next steps • Analyse affiliate performance across revenue, margin, EPC, AOV, conversion rate, funnel performance, traffic quality, and partner productivity • Identify performance opportunities, improve partner productivity, support affiliate recruitment and activation • Maintain consistent, structured follow-up with prospective and newly onboarded partners • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of affiliate partners • Build strong working relationships through responsive communication • Coordinate launches, bonuses, contests, seasonal promotions, and partner-specific offers with internal teams • Share market, competitor, and partner feedback with internal teams to improve offers and processes
• 5 to 8 years of experience in sales, affiliate marketing, channel sales, partnerships, digital marketing, or eCommerce growth • 2 to 3 years of experience managing affiliate, channel partner, partnership or performance-based sales programs • Strong analytical skills and business acumen • Clear understanding of revenue, margin, conversion, AOV, EPC, ROI, and commercial trade-offs • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through affiliates, partners, online sales channels, or performance marketing initiatives • Solid understanding of online sales, digital marketing funnels, affiliate networks, partner marketing, or performance-based acquisition • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills • Comfortable using AI tools and automation
• Laptop / CPU with acceptable speed • At least 2 monitor screen (inclusive of laptop screen) • Headset with Mic (Noise cancelling) • Webcam • Designated Workstation • Stable and strong power and internet connectivity • Noise-free and conducive environment
