📋 Description

• Gather and clarify business requirements during implementations • Translate ambiguous workflows into structured requirements, user stories, and briefs • Prototype flows, prompts, and lightweight solutions to validate direction quickly • Partner with Technical Account Managers to keep implementations moving • Work closely with implementation engineers to refine solutions in-market • Identify recurring workflow patterns and feed them back into the core product • Document decisions, edge cases, and process changes • Support discovery, solution design, and handoff across multiple deployments • Bridge product, delivery, and implementation teams during rollout • Help define workflows, prototype solutions, and shape agent behavior in real-world use

🎯 Requirements

• Product-minded and highly executional • Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments • Strong systems thinker with sharp workflow intuition • Curious, technical, and hands-on with modern AI tools • Able to move between client context, product thinking, and delivery realities • Able to create structure where none exists • Strong judgment with incomplete information • High ownership and bias to action • Excellent communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience in product, business analysis, solutions consulting, forward-deployed, or implementation roles • Comfortable with prototyping, prompting, and workflow design • Likely experience in startup, SaaS, or technical services environments • Focused on builders and operators close to delivery rather than pure roadmap product management
