📋 Description

• Lead implementation and MVP delivery of an AI-driven acquisitions decision-support platform • Manage day-to-day delivery of the platform MVP according to scope, milestones, and business objectives • Manage the external delivery vendor against the Statement of Work, timeline, deliverables, and expectations • Coordinate vendors, internal data and engineering teams, and business stakeholders to remove blockers • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, gather feedback, track issues, and ensure launch readiness • Translate technical project information into updates, decisions, action items, and documentation for non-technical stakeholders • Maintain requirements, decisions, risks, dependencies, UAT outcomes, and delivery-status documentation • Identify and escalate risks, scope changes, dependencies, and delivery issues • Support change management and adoption during the MVP rollout • Ensure knowledge transfer and documentation for project handoff to a future internal owner

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar role leading data, analytics, AI, or technology platform implementations • Direct experience managing external delivery vendors against a defined Statement of Work (SOW), project timeline, and delivery milestones • Strong experience coordinating technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders • Hands-on experience planning and running User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, including gathering feedback, tracking issues, and coordinating resolution • Excellent documentation and organizational skills • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment • Availability to start ASAP • Strong overlap with U.S. time zones • Advanced English proficiency • Based in Latin America (LATAM) • Experience in the media, publishing, or entertainment industry (nice to have) • Experience working directly with M&A, acquisitions, or investment-related business teams (nice to have) • Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Product Manager (nice to have) • Strong technical fluency across data, analytics, AI, and/or platform implementations (nice to have) • Experience delivering MVPs in high-growth or fast-paced corporate environments (nice to have) • Experience managing projects involving external technology or implementation partners (nice to have)
