📋 Description

• Perform system administration and declarative automation • Review the impact of Salesforce seasonal releases • Design Salesforce solutions integrating with other systems and meeting technical and business needs • Lead Salesforce projects and ensure scalable, future-proof architecture • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to deliver projects on time • Provide strategic guidance and technical leadership throughout project lifecycles • Monitor new Salesforce features and trends to enhance service offerings and practice development • Mentor team members and provide architectural expertise • Work with product teams to define and refine requirements • Partner with business and development teams to ensure system integrity and scalability • Evaluate, propose, design, develop, and implement solutions aligned with business objectives • Drive business value for sales and marketing through existing and new projects

🎯 Requirements

• Salesforce Architect certification highly preferred • Salesforce Admin certification; Advanced Admin preferred • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Salesforce architect role • Expertise across various Salesforce Clouds and platforms • Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce workflows, validation rules, security controls, Process Builder, Flows, approval processes, sharing settings, and other declarative controls and automation • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills • Strong communication skills • Fluent English level • Located in Latin America
