📋 Description

• Serve as the primary business partner for a dedicated portfolio, building deep trust with stakeholders. • Monitor and interpret omnichannel performance data to improve engagement and liquidation rates. • Align client goals with TrueAccord’s capabilities, identifying expansion opportunities. • Build and maintain client-facing dashboards, proactively flagging performance trends. • Act as the first line of defense for operational issues, collaborating with teams to resolve hurdles. • Lead new clients through the integration process, acting as a subject matter expert.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in Client/Account Management or Operations within the Debt Collections or Default Management space. • Comfortable analyzing data sets to identify trends and summarize business health. • Excel at managing projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders. • Relentless commitment to excellence and thrive on meeting operational targets. • Professional, high-temperament communicator who can navigate fast-paced environments.
