📋 Description

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and targeted marketing campaigns • Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing activities, including social media, content marketing, and email marketing • Manage and optimize lead intake channels and develop strategies for generating qualified leads • Qualify leads and coordinate their referral to the appropriate departments • Manage project intake portals and tender platforms for direct project inquiries • Submit consultant profiles to project intermediaries • Conduct market research and analyze competitors and market conditions • Create marketing content and coordinate graphics, videos, and other visual assets • Plan and organize marketing events, trade shows, and conferences • Ensure an effective company presence at events • Collaborate with other departments to align marketing strategies with company objectives • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders • Lead the functional development of the CRM system and optimize processes • Train team members in the use of the CRM system • Manage and update consultant profiles • Track KPIs, analyze performance, and prepare regular reports with actionable recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or several years of demonstrable professional experience • Experience in marketing, preferably in a comparable position • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms • Knowledge of lead generation and lead management • German language skills at a minimum C1 level • Creative mindset and the ability to implement innovative ideas • Experience in the functional development and use of CRM systems • Experience managing project intake portals and tender platforms • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
