• Find prospects to engage with to understand their business needs and provide tailored product recommendations and drive revenue • Conduct research on customer contracts and history using platforms like Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo to uncover upselling and cross-selling opportunities • Deliver product demonstrations and create customer-specific use cases to highlight the value of the solutions • Manage your pipeline effectively, providing accurate updates to management on progress and forecasts • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and expand product adoption across solutions • Cultivate and nurture long-term customer relationships, understanding business objectives, advising customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English • Outbound sales experience, with focus on prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, objection handling, generating new business opportunities, upselling and cross selling • Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and subscription models • Proven ability to uncover and engage decision-makers, identify customer needs and close deals over various channels such as phone, email, and social media • Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and meet weekly, daily and monthly sales targets • Ability to analyze customer data and market trends to identify growth opportunities • Confidence in presenting to and advising C-suite decision makers
