📋 Description

• Answer incoming communications from customers • Conduct research to provide answers and resolve customer issues • Serve as the first point of contact for accommodation partners • Resolve questions and queries involving room, rate, and availability modifications and extranet tooling • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate tools, methods, and processes • Ensure a high level of partner service and a positive partner experience • Support customers through voice, chat, or email interactions • Contribute to customer experience and overall team success • Report to a Team Lead

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English • High school diploma or equivalent • Product or service knowledge • Computer savvy • High-speed internet • Quiet home work environment • Greece resident or ability to relocate and gain work authorization expediently to Greece • Caring and supportive nature
