📋 Description

• Advise clients on auto, liability, and property protection plans • Guide policyholders through every stage of the claims lifecycle • Provide clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented claims support • Build long-term client trust through policy evaluations and high-quality customer service • Use underwriting systems and enterprise software to process sensitive financial information in compliance with GDPR • Participate in virtual team briefings and identify workflow improvements • Represent a prominent German insurance provider serving over 13 million policyholders

🎯 Requirements

• Permanently reside, be legally registered, and be physically located anywhere within Greece • Fluent German at C1/C2 level • Professional English at minimum B2 level • Ability to analyze complex legal policies and contractual terms • Ability to evaluate detailed case files and provide accurate risk assessments • Ability to manage confidential financial data with discretion and accuracy • Strong time management and self-motivation while working independently from a home office • Strict adherence to data security and European GDPR requirements • Analytical, empathetic, highly organized, calm, confident, and reassuring approach • Experience in banking, insurance, brokerage, or legal services is preferred but not required
