📋 Description

• Drive new business revenue across the UK&I through the sale of multi-vendor CCaaS and CX transformation solutions. • Develop and manage relationships with C-level stakeholders to position TTEC Digital as a trusted advisor in cloud contact centre and customer experience strategy. • Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions aligned to client goals. • Partner with leading CCaaS technology providers to build joint go-to-market and co-sell strategies. • Lead the full sales process, from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing, while maintaining accurate forecasting in Dynamics CRM. • Build strong, collaborative relationships with vendor partner sales teams to maximize joint pipeline and new revenue opportunities. • Present compelling proposals and RFP responses that demonstrate commercial acumen, innovation, and clear business value. • Consistently meet or exceed new business revenue targets.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in new business sales within the Contact Centre / CCaaS / Digital CX space. • Proven success selling cloud contact centre and AI-driven CX solutions across one or more leading vendor ecosystems (NICE, Genesys, Microsoft, Five9, Google, Cisco, etc). • Track record of closing multi-year, multi-million-pound deals within Enterprise or Mid-Market segments. • Deep understanding of customer experience transformation, omnichannel engagement, and contact centre technology trends. • Ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships and influence strategic technology decisions. • Experience leading complex bid teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver winning solutions. • Strong consultative, outcome-oriented selling skills, underpinned by a passion for customer experience and innovation. • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. • Comfortable operating both independently and collaboratively within a high-growth, fast-evolving environment.
