📋 Description

• Prospect, cold-call, contact, and meet potential enterprise clients • Analyze client needs and offer TuoTempo solutions • Introduce and sell solutions while creating a “wow effect” and generating client references • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with enterprise-client contacts at all levels • Work remotely while traveling for in-person client visits and meetings 1–2 times per month • Participate in HR and hiring-manager interviews, a take-home business case, and final case presentation during recruitment

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate or master’s degree (preferably in computer science, engineering, business, or related fields) • At least 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales or pre-sales, with at least 2 years in high-level enterprise software • Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a huge plus • Experience selling technical solutions in complex organizational structures with several decision-makers • Results-oriented with strong negotiation skills • Ability to build rapport with high-level decision-makers • Strong numerical and interpersonal abilities • Previous project management or technical experience preferred • English proficiency • Currently based in Spain and legally authorized to work there without restrictions • Native Spanish speaker • Experience in structured, consultative sales for B2B SaaS solutions • Proven experience acquiring new clients and driving new business development • Direct experience selling to healthcare-sector clients • Experience with consultative selling for complex corporate environments • Experience with outbound sales activities, including cold outreach, proactive prospecting, and lead generation
