• Drive net-new enterprise acquisition across Europe through outbound prospecting and strategic account development • Own and expand customer relationships post-close, maintaining engagement well ahead of renewals • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving technical, procurement, and executive stakeholders • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with enterprise procurement and legal teams • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting using CRM tools and structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDICC)
• Proven enterprise B2B sales experience, closing complex deals with technical stakeholders (including C-level) • Strong track record of closing €500k+ ACV deals and consistently hitting €1M+ annual quota • Comfortable building pipeline independently through outbound efforts (not reliant on inbound) • Background in data center infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, or adjacent technical domains • Strong understanding of how infrastructure supports AI/ML workloads (e.g. GPU environments, data pipelines) • Well-developed network within enterprise infrastructure, AI, or cloud ecosystems, with the ability to generate pipeline through existing relationships • Ability to communicate credibly with engineers, architects, and executive stakeholders • Fluency in English is required; German proficiency is strongly preferred • Willingness to travel across Europe as needed
