📋 Description

• Lead development and deployment of solutions improving project delivery, operational efficiency, and client outcomes • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business challenges, evaluate requirements, and develop scalable solutions • Manage complex initiatives from concept through implementation • Oversee solution roadmaps, implementation plans, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives • Facilitate collaboration across project management, cost management, digital, and operational teams • Analyze business processes, workflows, and performance data to identify optimization and innovation opportunities • Develop governance frameworks, reporting tools, and operational standards • Monitor solution performance, track KPIs, and recommend corrective actions • Lead workshops, stakeholder meetings, and executive presentations • Support change management and adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies • Build relationships with clients, business leaders, and key stakeholders; provide strategic guidance • Identify opportunities to expand services, improve delivery models, and enhance client value • Support business development through proposals, presentations, solution design, and client pursuits • Drive knowledge-sharing and capture and implement best practices • Lead continuous improvement focused on operational excellence, process standardization, and digital enablement • Mentor and develop team members • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, governance requirements, and applicable SOX controls

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field • 8+ years of experience in business solutions, program management, operations, consulting, project management, or related disciplines • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and delivering business transformation programs • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments • Experience developing and implementing process improvements, operational strategies, and scalable business solutions • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills • Strong presentation, facilitation, and executive communication abilities • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Power BI, Smartsheet, and other project or operational management tools • Experience with data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, and performance management methodologies preferred • Ability to influence decision-making across multiple levels of an organization • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business solutions • Ability to adhere to applicable SOX controls where required
