📋 Description

• Provide functional leadership to a cross-functional performance marketing team • Own the further development and scaling of the Meta channel • Analyze relevant performance KPIs and derive data-driven optimization measures • Develop new testing approaches for creatives, funnels, and campaigns • Work closely with Creative, Design, Video, and other marketing functions • Prioritize projects while fostering a culture of ownership and performance

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Meta Ads • Initial or extensive leadership experience, or a desire to take the next step as an experienced Senior Performance Marketer • Experience in a D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brand environment—ideally with products that require explanation • Excellent understanding of relevant performance KPIs and a data-driven approach to work • Experience developing and scaling successful paid social campaigns • Strategic thinking combined with a strong hands-on mentality • Enjoy collaborating across functions and developing teams • Very good German skills (C1/C2) and good English skills
