• Setup a recruitment pipeline, publish job ads in various portals, interview and onboard candidates • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and virtual events • Collaborate with the Recruitment and Staffing Manager to set qualification criteria for future employees • Interviewing candidates and maintaining a database of employees for future vacancies. • Using web-based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends, post job vacancies and follow up with candidates during the recruitment process. • Analyzing recruitment software and the performance of recruitment agencies and recommending improvements or changes • Work with department heads to set qualifications for each position • Guide candidates through the application process and track their progress in our database
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or a similar role. • Hands-on experience with the largest job sites • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites • Strong interpersonal skills • Good written and verbal communications skills • Willing to work on Pacific Standard Time (PST) schedule. This is during graveyard shift in Manila Time. • Must have own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core 5 above) and with an internet connection of at least 10 Mbps • *Don't meet every single requirement?
