📋 Description

• Ensure high customer satisfaction as the primary point of contact for parents and students • Support customers by phone, email, and WhatsApp • Advise customers and find the best solutions for their needs • Advise customers on contract renewals and the number of tutoring hours required • Closely coordinate with the tutoring and educational consulting teams • Support customers during tutor substitutions and teacher changes • Ensure seamless transitions in lessons • Resolve customer issues reliably • Conduct cancellation conversations in a positive and constructive manner • Sell additional tutoring packages

🎯 Requirements

• Reliability and accountability in everything you do • Native-level or accent-free German language skills • Enjoyment of and ability to advise customers and sell additional tutoring packages • Understanding of people's behavior and needs • Excellent communication and empathy skills • Patience and a solution-oriented approach to work • Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain an overview even in stressful situations • Experience in sales, customer support, or similar roles is a plus • A bachelor's, master's, and/or MBA degree is a plus • Additional languages are a plus
