📋 Description

• Lead client discovery sessions to identify business challenges, goals, and core value drivers • Translate customer requirements into high-level future-state architecture and implementation roadmaps • Deliver customized software demos, presentations, and proof-of-concepts for audiences from front-line staff to C-level executives • Address technical objections and respond to RFPs/RFIs • Partner with Account Executives to accelerate deal closures • Design and build next-generation customer engagement experiences using Twilio’s Customer Engagement Platform • Shape conversational experiences combining voice, messaging, autonomous and human-assisted agents, and intelligent workflows • Design intelligent flows, prototype solutions, and translate business intent into scalable architectures

🎯 Requirements

• Understanding of cloud computing, cPaaS, and AI • Exceptional public speaking, storytelling, interpersonal, and consensus-building capabilities • Curiosity about technology and willingness to learn new technology • Ability to work remotely from Australia, Singapore, or Japan • Approximately 35% travel anticipated
