• Meet individual KPIs by managing full-cycle recruiting to identify, attract, and hire licensed psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners aligned with our values. • Share our unique mission, culture, and employee value proposition with prospective candidates. • Collaborate with hiring managers, provide guidance on interview best practices, and support smart, equitable hiring decisions. • Ensure every touchpoint reflects our values and strengthens our employment brand. • Source creatively, re-engage past candidates, and refine processes to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with at least 2 years recruiting for MDs, NPs, or medical professionals. Experience recruiting for psychiatric professionals preferred. • High-volume recruiting experience in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment • Experience with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Greenhouse • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and calendar management skills • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze and interpret to inform your decisions • Experience recruiting in a multi-state environment preferred.
