📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end email and SMS campaigns, automations, and CRM lifecycle marketing • Build customer journeys including welcome, post-purchase, loyalty, win-back, and re-engagement flows • Develop segmentation strategies based on customer behaviour, purchase history, and engagement data • Optimise campaigns to improve customer lifetime value, repeat purchase rate, and revenue performance • Manage automation workflows including triggers, conditional logic, A/B testing, and personalisation • Write compelling email and SMS copy including subject lines, CTAs, and promotional messaging • Analyse campaign performance and improve results through testing, insights, and optimisation

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, lifecycle, or retention marketing (e-commerce preferred) • Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo or Omnisend (flows, segmentation, automation, SMS) • Solid understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing • Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a strong advantage • Strong email and SMS copywriting skills • Comfortable with A/B testing, reporting, and performance optimisation • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and improve results.
