âą Improve Morpho's employee experience by owning onboarding, people programs, and operational quality âą Design and run end-to-end onboarding cycles using Notion and automation tools âą Coordinate off-site planning and internal events to create memorable moments âą Monitor employee experience through pulse surveys and feedback loops âą Build and maintain People Ops playbooks and documentation in Notion âą Support internal communication and team rhythms across functions âą Drive ad-hoc People projects leveraging AI and automation âą Contribute to performance, leveling, and career progression processes
đŻ Requirements
âą 5â7 years in scale-up , already experienced in international remote environments âą Previous experience in crypto, or proven strong interest in crypto âą Has built or significantly improved onboarding and People Ops processes in a previous role âą Comfortable using automation, tooling, and AI to simplify workflows and improve operational quality âą Proven ability to support business teams with empathy, reliability, discretion, and neutrality âą Strong experience using Notion in a professional setting
