📋 Description

• Build, configure, and deploy AI assistants, agents, and intelligent workflows for enterprise applications • Turn architectural designs into working, tested, and documented AI assistants, agents, workflows, automations, and low-code applications • Configure prompts, instructions, actions, connectors, knowledge sources, permissions, and human-review steps in Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Agentforce • Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft Graph, Salesforce, and enterprise ERP systems • Build rapid prototypes and proofs of concept with architects and client teams • Execute test cases against criteria for accuracy, relevance, reliability, security, usability, performance, and cost • Prepare production deployments, documentation, monitoring setup, support handoff, and promotion runs under client change processes • Troubleshoot and improve live solutions using usage data and user feedback • Write technical documentation, user guides, and reusable components • Participate in bi-weekly planning sessions and weekly client working/demo sessions • Report the monthly split between new builds and support

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience delivering business applications, automation, systems integration, or low-code solutions • Hands-on production experience with Power Automate and Power Apps; ideally Dataverse, connector limits, environment strategy, and permission models • At least one agent, copilot, or intelligent workflow built and shipped to production in the last 12 months using Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or Agentforce • Working knowledge of production generative AI behavior, including grounding, prompt structure, failure modes, and human-in-the-loop workflows • Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and Microsoft Graph • Experience with source control, ALM, and deployment pipelines for Power Platform or Azure • Verified English proficiency at B2 level or above • Nice-to-have certifications: PL-400, PL-200, AI-102, or Agentforce Specialist • Scripting capability in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, PowerShell, or C# • Salesforce configuration or Agentforce experience • Exposure to manufacturing, industrial automation, field service, or engineering environments • Enterprise ERP integration experience, such as IFS
