📋 Description

• Work closely with the Sales team to qualify opportunities and prioritize accordingly • Lead end-to-end presales activities and create strong value propositions • Perform tailored, high-level demos demonstrating business value • Ensure delivery of strong RFXs, contextualized demos, and proof-of-value initiatives • Design solutions to fit client needs and environment during the sales process • Resolve client concerns around technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture • Evangelize UiPath solutions by identifying customer needs and showcasing the best solution • Develop solution architectures for secure on-premises, hybrid, and public cloud implementations of the UiPath Platform • Participate in knowledge sharing inside and outside the Presales team • Build solutions for different industry verticals • Support marketing initiatives through evangelism, blog writing, and speaking at UiPath and industry events • Work closely with Product teams to improve functionalities and add external technologies to the UiPath ecosystem • Engage in product release cycles to promote new releases and provide feedback on the product roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work in harmony with UiPath values: Humble, Bold, Immersed, and Fast • Good balance of technical, business, and sales skills • Demonstrable track record in a client-facing Presales, Sales Engineering, or Solution Architect position • Strong communication, discovery, and interpersonal skills with proven experience building strong internal and external relationships • Experience in process discovery, process mining, process orchestration, automation solutions, and AI technologies such as LLMs and agents • UiPath Platform knowledge is a plus • Solid understanding of cloud and virtualization technology • Solution-selling mindset • Self-motivated and proactive approach with innovative ideas • Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment • Fluency in English and Japanese • Eligibility to work in the country where applying
