📋 Description

• Drive Process Discovery & Optimisation: Partner with Engineering, IT Operations, and key business stakeholders to analyse existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and uncover high-impact opportunities for AI-driven automation and process improvement • Design & Deliver Intelligent Automation Solutions: Architect, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered workflows and intelligent agents using a combination of custom software development and low-code/no-code automation platforms • Champion AI Adoption: Lead the organisation's AI capability by mentoring, coaching, and empowering team members in AI best practices, prompt engineering, and agentic technologies to foster a culture of continuous innovation • Enable Business Productivity: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify repetitive manual processes and implement practical AI and automation solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience • Establish AI Governance & Best Practices: Ensure all AI and automation initiatives adhere to organisational security standards, data privacy requirements, and robust Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles, while promoting scalable and maintainable solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience) • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Generative AI solutions, AI agents, and LLM-powered workflows • Hands-on experience with both software development and low-code/no-code automation platforms such as n8n, Celigo, Zapier, or Google Apps Script • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, APIs, system integrations, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices • Proven ability to analyse, redesign, and optimise business processes through automation and AI-driven solutions • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams • Strong communication, mentoring, and change management capabilities • Experience working within AI governance, security, privacy, and compliance frameworks is highly regarded • Positive attitude with a solution-focused approach in all aspects of work • Ability to work independently and collaborate with other departments as needed
