🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional Communication Skills – Flawless written English and confident spoken communication. • Strong Development Background (4–6+ years) – Experience as a web or full-stack developer with hands-on coding expertise. • Client-Facing Experience (4–5+ years) – Comfortable leading technical conversations with executives and revenue leaders. • Strategic Problem Solver – Naturally generates multiple solution pathways before selecting the best one. • U.S. Time Zone Experience – Proven history working full-time with U.S.-based teams on U.S. hours (PST alignment required). • Leadership Exposure – Experience mentoring, leading projects, or serving as a technical lead. • Advanced HubSpot CMS Expertise – Deep experience with Hubl, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and HubSpot customization.
