📋 Description

• Lead AI discovery workshops and identify high-value use cases • Design AI solutions using LLMs, AI agents, RAG, vector databases, and automation technologies • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, production-ready AI architectures • Guide AI implementation, governance, responsible AI practices, and adoption efforts • Define evaluation, testing, monitoring, and quality practices for reliable, secure, responsible, and measurable AI solutions • Partner with executives, stakeholders, and delivery teams to drive measurable business outcomes • Provide technical leadership for proofs of concept, integration planning, deployment readiness, and production stabilization • Stay current on emerging AI technologies and apply practical, business-focused AI patterns

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, software engineering, consulting, or related technical roles • 2+ years of experience designing, delivering, or supporting AI/ML, Generative AI, intelligent automation, or data-driven solutions in business or production environments • Knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, AI orchestration, and cloud platforms • Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications, data platforms, and workflows • Strong communication and client-facing consulting skills • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value • Ability to travel periodically for client meetings, workshops, and team collaboration, as needed • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar AI platforms • AI governance, responsible AI, or AI risk management experience • Knowledge of LLMOps, AI evaluation, monitoring, and observability practices • Professional services, advisory, accounting, tax, audit, or financial services experience
