📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementations, including design, build, deployment, and support. • Configure core modules, including Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) and Services Procurement/Statement of Work (SOW). • Coordinate technical data flows, integrating SAP Fieldglass with ERPs such as SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, as well as HR platforms like SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Ariba. • Run solution design workshops with Procurement, HR, and IT teams, translating business requirements into scalable system configurations. • Manage defect lifecycle and lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases. • Ensure that contingent workforce processes comply with procurement policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards. • Support project governance, stakeholder communication, and tracking of deliverables throughout the entire allocation lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of solid experience with SAP Fieldglass. • Fluent English. • Familiarity with SAP Fieldglass integration tools in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. • Experience configuring Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) and Services Procurement/Statement of Work (SOW) modules. • Functional knowledge of timesheet processes, expense reimbursements, rate cards, onboarding, and offboarding. • Experience with custom reporting, API development, and data mapping. • Excellent communication, client relationship skills, and analytical capability. • Ability to run workshops with Procurement, HR, and IT stakeholders. • Relevant SAP Fieldglass certification is desirable. • Experience in multiple end-to-end SAP Fieldglass implementations is preferred. • Experience with integrations to SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Ariba is preferred.
