📋 Description

• Lead the technical implementation of the AI Concierge solution • Detail and review the architecture of Generative AI solutions on OCI • Support the provisioning and configuration of OCI environments using IaC • Develop and review AI agents, memory mechanisms, and guardrails • Develop and review integrations with enterprise APIs using FastAPI, REST APIs, and event-driven architecture • Implement and enhance infrastructure as code using Terraform and reusable blueprints • Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for the backend, AI agents, infrastructure, and frontend • Implement and monitor observability, logging, and monitoring • Support authentication, authorization, security, and compliance with Brazil’s LGPD • Support integration testing and evaluation of success criteria • Participate in go-live and hypercare activities, identifying and resolving incidents • Prepare and maintain technical documentation • Transfer knowledge to operational continuity teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience architecting and implementing Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) • Advanced knowledge of OCI Generative AI • Knowledge of Oracle AI Database 26ai and Agent Memory capabilities • Knowledge of Oracle Kubernetes Engine (OKE) • Knowledge of OCI Database with PostgreSQL • Knowledge of OCI Cache with Redis • Knowledge of OCI Speech • Knowledge of OCI Object Storage • Knowledge of OCI Logging and OCI Monitoring • Experience developing and integrating Artificial Intelligence agents • Experience with memory mechanisms for AI agents and guardrail implementation • Experience with FastAPI and REST API development and integration • Knowledge of and experience with event-driven architecture • Experience using Langfuse for observability of AI solutions • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform • Experience creating and using reusable infrastructure blueprints • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for the backend, AI agents, infrastructure, and frontend • Experience integrating enterprise APIs • Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms • Experience with application observability, logging, monitoring, and security • Experience executing and tracking integration tests • Experience with technical documentation and knowledge transfer • Active certification in an Oracle product relevant to the role, with proof provided on the résumé or during the candidate presentation • Preferred: experience with integrations using WhatsApp and Meta platform technologies • Preferred: knowledge of OAuth, SSO, and SAML • Preferred: knowledge of security and privacy requirements related to Brazil’s LGPD • Preferred: experience integrating conversational channels through a session broker • Submit an up-to-date résumé in Word format, highlighting practical experience, engagement periods, activities, and responsibilities • Provide identification and proof of relevant active Oracle certifications
