• Engage prospective clients and convert leads into active traders • Acquire new clients and retain existing accounts within FX/CFD trading markets • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive trading activity and retention • Work with CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and track performance • Identify and explore new sales opportunities across multiple regions • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns • Represent the company professionally in all client interactions
• 3–5 years of experience in FX/CFD sales or financial services sales • Fluent in English plus one additional language (preferably Arabic, Malaysian/Indonesian, or others) • Strong closing and negotiation skills with a track record in lead conversion • Experience in client relationship management and retention strategies • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools • Ability to work across multiple time zones • Nice to Have: Existing client portfolio or network of traders • Nice to Have: Prior experience in IB/affiliate recruitment • Nice to Have: Additional languages (Arabic, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Indonesian/Malaysian, Indian regional)
