• Reading and interpreting briefs • Organizing information and ensuring clarity • Coordinating with creative and strategy teams • Building and maintaining client relationships • Business insight and creative repertoire • Managing scope, deadlines, and deliverables • Participating in presentations and meetings • Post-sale support and identifying new opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Public Relations, Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or Journalism • Experience in advertising agencies • Familiarity with corporate client service • Knowledge of project management tools • Advanced English (a plus) • Skills/Knowledge: Microsoft Office (intermediate), Apple Keynote, Notion (or similar platforms), project management, card creation, agenda planning, internal CRM, ideal for coordinating with Tunnel squads, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and effective use of Drive.
