📋 Description
• Provide direct support to students by connecting them to campus-based and other resources • Design curriculum that enhances leadership, academic and career exploration, development, and success for Scholars and Alumni • Administer a variety of scholar virtual and in-person engagement programs and activities • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and support the implementation of innovative programs that enhance student success • Work with faculty and administrators to alleviate administrative barriers for students
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college/university, advanced degree preferred • At least 2 - 5 years’ experience in the field of education • Experience in leadership, teamwork, and team building • Strong empathic skills, active listening, and ability to converse about a range of topics • Standard computer proficiency in Microsoft Suite and social networking tools/platforms • Experience with public speaking and group facilitation • Knowledge of budget development and fiscal management • Experience working with diverse students • Knowledge of student development & retention strategies for a culturally diverse population
