📋 Description

• Conduct the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, selection, job offers, and onboarding • Coordinate hiring activities using sales and marketing techniques to find talent • Coordinate with hiring managers to calibrate requirements and provide the right talent • Prepare and post job advertisements online • Assist with resume screening and initial phone screens • Manage applications in the Applicant Tool System • Resolve issues as quickly as possible • Deliver results before deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• At least one year of experience in BPO volume recruitment • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Recruiting and interviewing skills • Phone and online meeting platform skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to give and take direction • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of MS Office systems • Knowledge of Google Docs, Forms, and Sheets (optional) • Willingness to work in a rotational shift environment
