âą Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the sector. âą Ensure continuous product presence and secure listing of new product innovations at points of sale. âą Optimize brand visibility (shelf placement, merchandising). âą Negotiate and implement promotional activities in line with the commercial strategy. âą Develop and execute customer business plans aligned with commercial objectives. âą Analyze sector performance (distribution/DN, stock-outs, sales) and manage KPIs. âą Conduct active competitor monitoring and identify growth opportunities. âą Work closely with internal teams (marketing, supply, category management). âą Work in tandem with a promoter to maximize in-store execution.
âą Degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5 equivalent) in business or a related field. âą Significant experience in sales or territory/sector management, ideally in FMCG. âą Strong results orientation and analytical skills. âą Excellent interpersonal skills and strong commercial acumen. âą Valid driver's license required. âą Team player with autonomy and a taste for challenges. âą Field experience in large-scale retail (supermarkets/hypermarkets). âą Good command of commercial analysis tools (Excel, reporting).
âą 6-month fixed-term contract (CDD) initially, with the possibility to convert to a permanent contract (CDI) thereafter based on performance.
