📋 Description

• Oversee distributor operations and ensure effective coverage of channels covered • Land and lead execution of category-growing initiatives to win in the customer via cross-functional engagement and stakeholder management • Localize the national strategy in helping the distributor to deliver priority KPIs • Ensure perfect basics such as stock availability, replenishment, and fulfillment • Land distributor turnaround strategy in coordination with Channels team • Ensure profitability of the distributor handled within the assigned area.

🎯 Requirements

• Preferably with experience in account management, distributor or key accounts, or has previously worked in Unilever • Proficient in basic Microsoft applications • Strong operational skills • Analytical thinking, passion for high performance, and bias for action • Can drive and work on a field-based role within Greater Manila Area
