📋 Description

• Support and monitor Unimed do Brasil's sustainability programs • Contribute to implementing the ESG agenda across the Unimed System • Monitor sustainability and ESG indicators • Prepare sustainability reports • Track institutional programs • Provide support to cooperatives • Promote and disseminate best practices • Implement and monitor the internal certification strategy for the Unimed System • Analyze consolidated performance and support the definition of action plans • Monitor adherence to and implementation of the Unimed System's Sustainability guidelines • Follow up on implemented actions • Assess adherence to the model • Foster sharing of best practices among cooperatives • Provide technical support for application of the GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) Guidelines • Support preparation of reports, indicators and materials related to the ESG agenda • Support implementation of projects, actions and programs • Organize and support meetings, workshops and committees • Identify, consolidate and share best practices and market case studies related to sustainability and ESG • Prepare and deliver presentations, workshops and training on sustainability • Support execution of programs and initiatives to engage Member Physicians • Support administrative activities and program monitoring for the area

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, International Relations, Environmental Management, Engineering or related fields • Knowledge of the GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) Guidelines for sustainability reporting • Knowledge of concepts, practices and indicators related to the ESG agenda • Experience preparing presentations, reports and executive materials • Experience organizing and facilitating meetings, forums, committees or working groups • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office • Postgraduate degree in sustainability-related fields (preferred) • Experience with GHG (Greenhouse Gas) inventory (preferred) • Knowledge of carbon neutrality programs (preferred)
