📋 Description

• Close collaboration with the German team and international colleagues, particularly in the Greater China region • Advising senior management on communication initiatives and translating the brand into internal and external communications • International coordination of corporate identity, corporate design and maintenance of various communication platforms • Conceptualizing and delivering internal employee events such as summer parties and Christmas celebrations • Drafting and publishing press releases and corporate writing to convey the brand message • Contributing to communication materials such as agency presentations, references and awards • Supporting measures for new customer acquisition and client retention

🎯 Requirements

• Completed relevant degree with a focus on PR and communications • Several years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably on the agency side • Broad range of skills and interests, whether in copywriting, a feel for design and digital, or creative thinking • Strong understanding of the corporate social media landscape • Ability to produce polished PR texts in German and English • Proficient with image and video editing software (Adobe Creative Cloud) • Strong communication skills to collaborate across disciplines and personalities • Enthusiasm for working in an international team and close cooperation with internal company departments
