📋 Description

• Provide customer support via WhatsApp with a focus on product sales. • Recommend products/services according to the customer's profile. • Guide the customer through to purchase completion. • Clarify questions about products, services, timelines and terms/conditions. • Ensure a positive, brand-aligned customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field. • Experience in customer service or sales. • Experience in customer service or sales (preferably in digital channels). • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous customer interactions.
