📋 Description

• Run process discovery with the lead analyst by interviewing and shadowing teams • Map current and future-state processes and turn findings into clear requirements • Create and own the A2 harness as a single source of truth for ways of working, systems, conventions, projects and ownership • Redesign workflows with AI integrated from the start • Select Skills, connectors and automations to support redesigned workflows • Build Claude Skills, connector setups and n8n workflows • Write production specifications for complex engineering builds • Estimate business impact of automations and prioritise workflows for wider organisational release • Regularly update the AI harness and team processes, retiring outdated tools and adding new capabilities • Interview A2 team members and shadow discovery sessions • Launch the first version of the A2 harness and drive daily team adoption • Complete process maps independently • Ship two or three Skills, connectors or automations and measure before/after time

🎯 Requirements

• AI fluency and daily use of AI tools beyond basic chat, including projects, custom instructions, Skills/GPTs/Gems, connectors or MCP • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to steer focused discovery conversations and produce accurate requirements • Self-motivated and eager to continuously learn and adapt to new tools and technologies • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams • Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier or Make is advantageous • Comfortable with Git, Markdown and the command line, or with Claude Code is advantageous • Some scripting in Python or JavaScript or SQL is advantageous • Experience with process mapping, swimlanes, BPMN or business analysis is advantageous • Experience with Asana, Notion and Google Workspace is advantageous • National police history check and reference checks required before starting • Full unrestricted working rights in Australia without requiring company visa sponsorship
