📋 Description

• As a senior recruiter, you will be responsible for hunting and sourcing for candidates. • Interviewing candidates, submitting them to our clients, optimizing their processes, prepping candidates and helping make hires in our clients. • You'll be using prospecting strategies to identify ideal candidates for our recruiting campaigns. • The goal of the senior recruiter is to establish a great pipeline of ideal candidates, screen / interview candidates, submit them to our clients and make hires.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-7+ years of experience in recruiting with ideally a startup or recruiting agency background. • English proficiency both written and verbal is a MUST (A minimum of C1 Level English). • Proven experience sourcing and placing candidates across multiple industries. • Strong LinkedIn experience with the ability to perform Boolean searches to source ideal fit candidates and leverage other tools on LinkedIn. • Ability to comprehend job description requirements and target accordingly with speed. • You must be a self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in your role. • Excited to work in a startup environment and have a track record of being adaptable to changing priorities in a fluid, high-growth environment. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaborate within a team.
