• Responsible for developing new prospects and interacting with assigned customers to increase sales and margin • Engage with all levels of the customers’ organizations including technical, operations, and management • Drive revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and initial outreach to conversion and long-term retention • Optimize the sales funnel through disciplined activity, structured testing of sales approaches, and consistent follow-up • Act as a senior consultant to external partners, helping them unlock incremental growth through high-tech solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field • 2+ years of related experience in the autonomous robotics, commercial landscape, golf industry, or outdoor power equipment (OPE) industry • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in leveraging CRM systems (HubSpot), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office • Native or professional fluency in English is mandatory; Mandarin and any second language will be an advantage
