📋 Description

• Spearhead the delivery of our Mobile app ecosystem (crypto wallet, card, and investment product line). • Lead cross-functional squads, owning the delivery lifecycle from technical discovery to production. • Ensure our products are scalable, secure, and delivered with surgical precision. • Facilitate decomposition of tasks and challenge unrealistic time estimates. • Maintain project tooling hygiene and ensure transparent progress to stakeholders. • Translate high-level visions into actionable User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria. • Act as a constructive bridge between team members, resolving friction and ensuring actionable plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in IT Project/Delivery Management in Fintech or regulated environments. • Technical Savvy: A background in QA, Analyst, or Engineering is highly preferred. • Assertive Mindset: The ability to say "No" to raw requirements and "No" to half-baked estimates. • Pragmatic Agile: Experience adapting frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) to small, fast-moving teams. • Languages: Professional English and Russian (required).
