📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional squads, owning the delivery lifecycle from technical discovery to production. • Ensure products are scalable, secure, and delivered with surgical precision. • Predictability & Delivery Governance: Own the Forecast and maintain perfect hygiene in project tooling. • Requirement Grooming: Translate high-level vision into actionable User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria. • Ensure no task enters a sprint without being "Ready for Development." • Act as a constructive bridge between team members, resolving friction and ensuring actionable plans. • Push the team to maintain tracking and documentation standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in IT Project/Delivery Management in Fintech or regulated environments. • Technical Savvy: A background in QA, Analyst, or Engineering is highly preferred. • Understand APIs, Backend architecture, and CI/CD enough to "smell" unrealistic technical claims. • Assertive Mindset: Ability to say "No" to raw requirements and half-baked estimates. • Pragmatic Agile: Experience adapting frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) to small, fast-moving teams. • Professional English and Russian (required).
