• Coordinate with the HR/Recruitment Department on all hiring activities. • Respond to recruitment-related emails and candidate inquiries promptly and professionally. • Prepare and post job advertisements across various online platforms. • Conduct initial resume screenings and perform initial interviews. • Schedule interviews and maintain calendars for all hiring teams and candidates. • Initiate and process background checks for shortlisted candidates. • Maintain and regularly update the candidate database. • Assist with new hire onboarding by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating onboarding tasks. • Handle and organize all recruitment records and paperwork. • Perform other related administrative or recruitment support tasks as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant field. • At least one year of experience as a recruiter • Familiarity with standard hiring practices , such as scheduling interviews and onboarding processes . • Preferably has experience recruiting for a virtual assistant role in the e-commerce industry (not required). • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. • Can work independently, as well as, part of a team. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and high demand for recruitment requests. • Available for full-time work.
