📋 Description

• Maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date financial records across multiple entities, currencies, and international payment platforms • Improve accounting and financial processes • Support financial planning • Help build a scalable finance function • Perform day-to-day accounting activities • Manage accounting across multiple entities, currencies, and international markets • Handle bank-account and payment-platform reconciliations • Investigate discrepancies and resolve operational finance problems • Support month-end close and financial reporting • Collaborate with colleagues, external accountants, and stakeholders across countries and time zones

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of accounting experience, ideally within a multi-entity or international business • Strong working knowledge of Xero • Experience managing multi-currency accounting, including foreign exchange gains and losses • Hands-on experience with payment platforms such as Wise and Airwallex • Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and accounting principles (GAAP and/or IFRS) • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis • Experience supporting month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently without compromising accuracy • Clear communication with colleagues, external accountants, and stakeholders across countries and time zones • ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CA, or another recognised accounting qualification is a bonus • Experience with multi-entity group structures, intercompany accounting, VAT, GST, international tax compliance, Xero integrations, finance automation, budgeting, forecasting, or financial analysis is a bonus
