📋 Description

• Serve as the central point of contact between internal departments and clients • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication • Identify the individual needs of clients and their employees • Ensure client satisfaction and retention • Keep clients continuously informed about new benefits, developments, and optimization opportunities • Further develop the benefits portfolio • Implement innovative bonus models • Design customized programs • Provide strategic advice to clients • Analyze existing benefits systems • Develop future-ready solutions to increase employee satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial or business-related vocational training, or an equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience, ideally in key account management, project management, or Customer Success Management • Strong customer and service orientation • Empathy, confidence, and assertiveness • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships • Clear, persuasive, and strong presentation skills • Strong consulting and advisory skills • Independent, solution-oriented, and structured approach to work • Excellent organizational skills and solid commercial expertise • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken • Solid project management skills • Affinity for technical topics
