🎯 Requirements
• experience drafting patent applications • prosecuting before the USPTO • supporting patent prosecution before foreign patent offices • An undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or any equivalent thereof • USPTO admission required • prior law firm experience • An advanced technical degree and/or experience with medical device technologies are each a plus. • Must have strong academic credentials
