📋 Description

• Lead the GTM Programs team, managing a team of enablement program managers to design and deliver scalable, high-impact programs across the full go-to-market organization • Partner with Sales, Post-sales, Solution Engineering, Marketing and Partnerships leadership to identify enablement needs, prioritize programs, and measure impact • Own the strategy, design, and execution of key GTM initiatives including onboarding, continuous learning, product launches, and sales plays • Build and maintain a robust enablement calendar, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and effective program delivery • Define and track key performance indicators for enablement programs, using data to continuously iterate and improve • Develop and manage relationships with external vendors, content providers, and learning technology partners to enhance program quality and reach • Represent the GTM Programs team at the leadership level, communicating program strategy, progress, and impact to senior stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales training, or GTM strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role • Proven track record designing and scaling enablement programs across large, multi-segment GTM organizations • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product • Data-driven mindset with experience using enablement metrics and analytics to measure program impact and drive continuous improvement • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience leading executive-level presentations and cross-functional workshops • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams of enablement program managers or GTM professionals • Come with an eagerness and curiosity for using AI to amplify our Enablement efforts. • Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact. • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.
