• Orchestrate the management of a high volume of large-scale, intricate real estate transactions. • Support Site Selection by overseeing and orchestrating acquisition and transactional activities within specific regions and markets. • Handle and track site selection activities within specified markets across North America. • Support due diligence processes and ensure alignment among partners for successful transaction closures. • Manage the drafting of letters of intent and access agreements in collaboration with Legal and Site Selection. • Act as a liaison to ensure alignment with internal standards, driving transactions toward closure. • Coordinate contracts and other necessary documentation for engaging third-party consultants.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Law, or IT is preferred. • 2-4 years of demonstrated experience in commercial/industrial real estate/property transactions. • Proven negotiation skills and experience in handling real estate agreements and contracts. • Experience working in a corporate real estate department a plus. • Prior experience in Data Center or technical/industrial facilities is preferred and would be beneficial. • Familiarity with site and legal due diligence processes is preferred. • Proficiency or fluency in French is advantageous but not mandatory. • Strong IT acumen is essential, including adeptness in various communication tools and software such as PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and advanced Excel.
