• Own the technical side of the sales cycle: demos, presentations, solution validation, and follow-up • Act as a trusted advisor to customer engineering and business stakeholders • Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights for the Vantage team • Drive escalations by coordinating across engineering, product, and customer success
• 3+ years of industry experience, including 1+ years in a Sales or Solutions Engineering role at a SaaS company • Hands-on experience with one or more major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and vendors such as Datadog, Snowflake, Databricks, MongoDB, or Kubernetes • Excellent communicator: written, verbal, and in live technical demos • Self-directed, curious, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with a bias for action • A kind person
