• The New Business Development Advisor reports to the Director of Sales, Events but also works closely with the Division VPs for Varsity All Star Fashion. • Responsible for assigned all star accounts and the sales success of the Small Gym Summit Championship. • Increase Varsity All Star revenue across assigned event and fashion accounts. • Identify growth opportunities and at-risk events; strengthen customer relationships to secure and expand team participation. • Conduct proactive outreach, including cold calling, to generate and expand revenue opportunities for Varsity All Star events. • Re-engage Non-Varsity and Non-USASF customers to bring them back into the Varsity event ecosystem. • Monitor and report on competitor events and industry trends. • Provide regular updates and reports on sales calls and account activity.
• Bachelor’s Degree or work experience equivalent. • Minimum of 5 years direct sales experience. • Strong familiarity with productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite. • High proficiency with Salesforce. • Proven customer service and sales experience. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. • Strong problem-solving abilities to effectively resolve unexpected customer challenges. • Capacity to assist with leadership and sales training for the Advisor team.
