📋 Description

• Own the product marketing strategy for SMB and Mid-Market segments, including segmentation, personas, positioning, messaging, competitive strategy, and GTM priorities. • Define compelling, differentiated narratives that resonate with velocity buyers while aligning to Veeam's overall platform strategy. • Lead integrated GTM launches and campaigns in partnership with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, Channel, and Regional Marketing teams. • Develop scalable messaging, sales plays, enablement, and partner content that drives consistency across global routes to market. • Identify market opportunities through customer insights, competitive intelligence, win/loss analysis, and market trends to influence product and GTM strategy. • Partner with revenue teams to optimize pipeline creation, conversion, customer expansion, and competitive win rates. • Establish best practices, measurement, and operational rigor to continuously improve GTM effectiveness across Velocity segments.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of B2B product marketing, GTM strategy, or solutions marketing experience, including several years leading product marketing teams. • Proven experience developing GTM strategy for SMB, Commercial, or Mid-Market technology businesses. • Strong expertise in positioning, messaging, launches, competitive strategy, and sales enablement. • Demonstrated success partnering with Product Management, Sales, Demand Generation, Channel, and Executive Leadership. • Strong executive communication, strategic thinking, and analytical skills with the ability to connect marketing strategy to business outcomes. • Experience in data protection, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or enterprise software is strongly preferred.
