• 2+ years of experience in customer facing roles (i.e. consulting, solution consulting, etc.) • 5+ years of experience working directly with document management systems supporting Quality and GxP business areas • Proficiency in document management, product development lifecycle, and proposing solutions to common adoption challenges • Ability to perform data analysis and develop KPI dashboards • Ability to hold meaningful conversations with Quality and IT personnel of various different organizational sizes • Ability to travel for customer meetings and presentations up to 20%
